My Favourite Meal
My favourite meal is Mongolian beef with rise, especially the one my mother makes, which is the best I have ever tasted.
Mongolian meat, as a freak fact, is a mixture of Taiwanese and Chinese flavors but has never come from Mongolia, which makes it very particular but no less delicious. As for its preparation, my mother uses pink posta, scallion, soy sauce and cornstarch, and somehow it results in Mongolian beef.
